Awareness Sessions: offering districts, teacher centers, or groups an overview of the National Board certification process, including the "whys", the "how to", and state, regional, or local supports available. Cohort Support: Offering virtual or in-person cohort support, facilitator training, and writing retreats to support candidates in the National Board Certification Process. |

Apprenticeship:
Work with potential sponsors and partners to register a NYS Apprenticeship program under the title of TEACHER. We also offer consulting services to those outside NYS as to the successful navigation of the systems resulting in the creation of an Apprenticeship pathway for teaching. Partnership:
Developing, operating, and maintaining partnerships can be difficult. We work with partners to identify shared goals, define roles and responsibilities, and foster the essential communication needed to reach the shared vision. Policy:
System change requires specialized and targeted analysis so we assist in developing an understanding the system, creating a course of action and drafting language to meet key priorities or influence appropriate agencies to address those priorities. |
